So... you've done the work, you've earned that degree, and now? It's time to celebrate! I know your semester is likely busy, so my hope is that I'm able to make this process as easy and seamless as possible. I can't wait to schedule your session! This guide is interactive, taking you through everything from grad package options to available session dates. Meaning? Less back and forth and more time enjoying your final semester with your friends! So... how do you get started?

You want some time to celebrate your accomplishments at one to two locations on your campus but have a packed schedule or are feeling a little camera shy. This package ensures that your graduation will be beautifully documented in a way that feels seamless and true to you! It's just that simple!
Premium Individual Session
$550 + 6% Sales Tax

- 90 minutes of individual digital grad photography for one person
- Secure, online gallery of 75+ images delivered in 4-6 weeks
- Up to 3 on-campus locations
- Two outfits plus cap and gown

This package is for you if...
You have a few outfits you love and are obsessed with multiple spots on your campus! You can't wait to share your photos on social media too! This package allows your graduation to be beautifully documented in a way that feels seamless while incorporating all of the locations, outfits, and vibes most important to you.
Group Session (Up to 3 Grads)
$550 + 6% Sales Tax

- 90 minutes of group and individual digital grad photography for up to three grads
- Secure, online gallery of 75+ images delivered in 4-6 weeks
- Up to two on-campus locations
- One outfit plus cap and gown
- Wardrobe selection assistance via online guide
This package is for you if...
You have a smaller crew (2-3 grads total) ready to celebrate your time together at your school! Expect to take a combination of group and individual photos in both regular attire AND your grad attire.
Group Session (4+ Grads)
$150 per person + 6% sales Tax

- 90 minutes of group and individual digital grad photography for 4+ grads
- Secure, online gallery of 75+ images delivered in 4-6 weeks
- Up to two on-campus locations
- One outfit + cap and gown

This package is for you if...
You have a larger group (4 or more grads total) and are hoping to celebrate with fun group and individual photos around your campus! This is the BEST option for grads that are excited to celebrate with roommates, friend groups, or student orgs by their side. Expect to take a combination of group and individual photos in both regular attire AND your grad attire.
There’s something so special about film photography—the intentionality, timeless colors, and the way it adds a nostalgic, elevated feel to your memories. It slows things down, capturing moments with care and creativity. Paired with my vibrant digital style, adding film brings a unique, magical touch to your grad gallery.
I offer film as an optional upgrade for all CKP grad sessions! (Meaning I will photograph your grad session on both digital AND film cameras!) Whether you love its cozy charm or want TWO gallery deliveries (once when your digital is ready + again for film!), upgrading to include film is an unforgettable way to enhance your memories.
Ready to add some timeless magic to your memories? Upgrade to the hybrid digital + film experience for + $250! I'll photograph 1–2 rolls of dreamy film (about 20 images) during your grad session alongside your expected digital gallery. Your film and digital images will be available for download through your online gallery—because your celebrations deserve the best of both worlds!

Grad sessions on film...
While ALL galleries are a priority, I know that some of my grads just can't wait to receive their full final gallery! If you would like to jump the line and guarantee that your gallery will be in your inbox within 10 days of your session, I offer a select number of grad gallery upgrades each month! The CKP grad experience includes full gallery delivery within 4-6 weeks. Upgrading to priority editing guarantees your digital gallery delivery within 10 days. I have a limited number of upgrades available each month to ensure that I am able to cater to all of my clients to the best of my abilities. If you are interested in adding this to your grad experience, please select the option within the add-in section of your intake questionnaire.

Date & Questionnaire
Once you've selected your college and package, select the date/time that works best for you and press submit. Complete the questionnaire that lands in your inbox.
Booking Docs
I'll prep your booking documents! A signed contract and 50% nonrefundable retainer are due to reserve your session. These will be sent via email within 2 business days.
Session day!
Once everything is official and outfits are planned, we'll meet for your session and will have SO much fun celebrating all your accomplishments. Don't forget your cap & bubbly!
Gallery delivery
Approximately 4-6 weeks after your session (Unless you upgrade your delivery timeline), you will receive your FULL digital gallery. If you've added film, expect to see scans in your gallery in 6-8 weeks.

How do I select add-Ons?
Adding film or the priority editing upgrade? Once you select your package and date, you will select any add-ons within your intake questionnaire. I'll confirm availability for priority editing and will ensure all upgrades are reflected in your booking docs.
How do I book my session?
Simply select the package you would like to book, select your date, and complete the questionnaire. Once you submit, I'll prep and send your booking documents. I require a signed contract and 50% nonrefundable retainer to make things official.
Where should I have my session?
This is really up to you! I find that each college campus is unique and that, oftentimes, my grads know campus better than I do! That said, I recommend looking for iconic spots that offer lots of variety within a close proximity.
How do I pay for my session?
You will receive an online invoice which can be fulfilled via credit/debit card or ACH payment. 50% is due as a nonrefundable retainer to reserve your session with the remaining 50% being due after your session date.
When will I Get my photos?
All digital grad images will be delivered within 4-6 weeks of your session date. If you would like to upgrade to receive your gallery within 10 days, you can do so for +$300. Digitized film scans typically arrive within 6-8 weeks.
What if Your dates don't work for me?
I'm so bummed that our calendars don't seem to be syncing! With that being said, there is a chance that I could have had some cancellations or adjustments to my schedule. Please feel free to email me if the dates listed in the scheduler do not work for you.
